This study was aimed to investigate the effect of Ocimum sanctum and Tinospora crispa supplemented on growth performance, feed intake, feed efficiency and feed cost in commercial broilers. One hundred and fifty day old Arbor Acres chickens of mixed sex were randomly sampled in a completely randomized design with 5 treatments and 3 replications, ten chickens per replication. All chickens were fed by commercial diet which was supplemented with various levels of Ocimum sanctum at 1%, 1%, 0.5% and 0.5% of completed feed, respectively, and Supplemented with Tinospora crispa Treatment 1 was a control group. The study focuses on the papaya production, including its cultivation, marketing, and process in three provinces in Thailand, namely Mahasarakham, Kalasin, and Roi-et. A survey with questionnaires was used in data-gathering. Key informants are 250 farmers who have papaya farms. SPSS program was employed in data analysis.It is found that during June to December 2008, farmers in Roi-et and Mahasarakham grow papaya as a supplement occupation, mainly for household consumption. On the other hand, farmers in Kalasin grow papaya for extra income. The average yield of Roi et, Kalasin and Mahasarakham were 92, 116 and 85 kg/tree/year, respectively. Optimization conditions for Japanese green tea snack production were investigated using response surface methodology. A central composite design with four independent variables: screw speed (116, 150, 200, 250 and 284 rpm); feed rate (28.8, 32.0, 38.3, 44.7 and 47.9 g/min); moisture content (13.0, 14.0, 16.0, 18.0 and 19.0 %) and vegetables or herbs content (0.0, 1.0, 3.0, 5.0 and 6.4 %) was use to study the response variables such as expansion ratio, bulk density, hardness, crispness, antioxidant activity, total phenolic and resistant starch content.
